Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, self-directed Operations & Data Analyst to strengthen the operational backbone of a healthcare clinic.

This role focuses on:

  • Improving systems and documentation
  • Turning raw operational data into clear, actionable insights

You will work independently, own processes end-to-end, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Implement, document, and refine operational workflows
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and error patterns
  • Recommend and execute process improvements
  • Maintain operational documentation and standards

Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting
