As Operations Director, youwill play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pubs,ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving profitability, and fosteringa culture of excellence among our teams.

Reporting tothe COO, you will oversee all aspects of pub operations, identify opportunitiesfor growth and expansion, and develop and implement strategies to optimizerevenue, control costs, and maximize profitability across all our pubs.
