Operations & Process Management
Assist the COO in managing daily operational activities across departments.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve work process flows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Establish operational KPIs and performance metrics; monitor results and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure company operations align with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
Procurement & Purchasing
Oversee procurement and purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Review and approve purchase requests, vendor quotations, and supplier contracts as delegated by the COO.
Coordinate closely with finance and warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory planning and control.
