Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Assist the COO in managing daily operational activities across departments.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve work process flows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Establish operational KPIs and performance metrics; monitor results and recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure company operations align with internal policies, procedures, and strategic goals.

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Oversee procurement and purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

  • Review and approve purchase requests, vendor quotations, and supplier contracts as delegated by the COO.

  • Coordinate closely with finance and warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory planning and control.
