Operations Engineer

Our client, a global Technology Services Professional Services Organization, is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) delivery organization. This role focuses on the operational stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in IAM operations and support, with strong troubleshooting skills, systems administration knowledge, and a working understanding of IAM concepts and technologies. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of maintaining enterprise IAM systems in dynamic and distributed environments.

Essential Job Functions

· Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IAM systems and services, ensuring high availability and reliability.

· Perform daily operational tasks such as account provisioning, deprovisioning, certification campaign support, and access review tracking.
