Job Description

Summary/objective: The Operations Engineer II role oversees maintenance, hardware and software upgrades, and repairs of network issues, and infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem hosted environments. Candidates will provide creative solutions in close collaboration with key business & technology partners, develop and implement new processes to prevent future maintenance needs, and employ continual improvement processes to identify areas of improvement and streamlining. A vital technical position, and our ideal candidate has at least three years of professional experience in a role related to information technology and operations. Candidates should have experience with ITIL / ITSM servicing and understand the tiered servicing, support, and delivery methodologies.
