Additionally, this role involves managing the support of the JIKKO App and serving as a data analyst, providing actionable insights from customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and management of JIKKO software projects for clients.
Provide technical support and manage customer inquiries related to the JIKKO App.
