Operations Engineer - Network Performance Improvement

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NOC Transport/DWDM Technician/Engineer to lead critical troubleshooting efforts, drive network performance optimization, and support engineering and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in telecom and optical transport technologies, including DWDM systems, and a strong track record of resolving complex network issues. You will work cross-functionally to maintain and improve network health while serving as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a fully remote position based anywhere in Mexico and requires the ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts.
