**Operations Engineer (NOC)**
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum experience of 2 years
- Intermediate-advanced English (this is a bilingual vacancy)
- Experience in using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk
- Preventive and corrective knowledge in hardware and software
- **Activities**:_
- Detection and management of alerts on NOC monitoring platforms, as well as the life cycle of the Ticket.
- Follow-up with site engineers.
- Preparation of incident reports and monitoring.
- Support individual account managers and call center operations in the introduction and optimization of new and existing services
- Monitoring systems as well as hardware and software.
- Monitor database systems in accordance with an operations program
- Monitor the Network and Voice systems in accordance with the designated SLAs
- IT, customer support, engineering, payments and account management.
- **Opening hours**:_
- Rolled shifts of 4 days x 4 days off
