Lead quality excellence and operations engineering scalability for global data center hardware fulfillment operations as we launch new sites and scale to 2-5x volume growth. Own end-to-end quality strategy, design scalable processes and automation, and shape operational standards that power critical cloud infrastructure for millions of customers—with high executive visibility and direct business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your innovations drive the future of hyperscale operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PFMEA and control plans throughout the life cycle of a process. Use PFMEA to identify potential failures, their effects, and implement preventive actions.
- Own disposition of defective equipment by developing metrics and maintain a quarantine cage.
