**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate, monitor and maintain the ERP software delivery pipeline, focusing on CI/CD, source code management/builds, development environments, testing and delivery.
- Incident management and prevention: participate in postmortems/RCAs, coordinate fixes, define repair items, and implement data-driven prevention and continuous improvement.
