Operations Engineering Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Documentation of current procedures and necessary manuals in operation
• Monitor labor and machine productivity
• Perform process improvement projects and initiatives
• Conduct time-and-motion study and related analysis for operations
• Provide weekly insights that is instrumental for continuous improvement
• Provide monthly business review reports for management
• Assist operations in resource planning, problem solving, and productivity monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering course: Industrial, Management, Manufacturing, Mechatronics and any related field
• With at least 1-2 years working experience involving operations, business process or project management
