We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Operations Engineering

Role Purpose

Seeking a highly skilled professional with working knowledge of the Power platform, extensive knowledge on design, database and Azure cloud platforms is a plus. Able to assist clients in implementing and maximizing the potential of the workflow automation solutions to meet their specific business needs; acting as a consultant to troubleshoot complex issues, train users, and ensure processes analysis is understood for solutions in HSBC.

Main Activities
  • Analyze client process and to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and improvements in process / workflow.
  • Define project scope, and design optimal workflow solutions.
  • Present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  • Support business stakeholders鑫 in multiple time zones and work closely with internal US business partners, providing face‑to‑face troubleshooting support if something breaks.
  • Maintain business continuity and provide confidentiality of information.
  • Assess and articulate the impact of a change/incident of the Service/System.
  • Provide expertise to help resolve production incidents.
  • Regularly documents user guides, knowledge materials and the business impacts/benefits.
Qualifications

Candidate should have a good communication and written skill in English to be able to communicate with the global Colleagues on a needed basis with over an Advanced C1 level of English

Technical Skills
  • Proven experience of Over 5 Years with Power platform, including advanced knowledge of data techniques, workflow design, Automation, and system administration.
  • Has 7+ years working knowledge of the .net, Win, Database and Cloud (Azure / Multi-cloud) and able to apply the same in day‑to‑day job.
  • Capability to assess and articulate the impact of a change/incident of the Service/System.
  • Provides expertise to help resolve production incidents.
  • Regularly documents user guides, knowledge materials and the business impacts/benefits.
Familiarity with these Software products (a plus)
  • Any Business Process Management tools / Technologies
  • PowerApps, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI
  • Cloud Experience (Azure / Multi-cloud)
  • Workflow Process Automation tools
  • Knowledge about AI (AI Builder / Relevant cloud tools)
  • Business Needs Advocate
  • Project Manager
  • Agile Deliver Elasticity
