Operations & ERP Support Executive (Manufacturing)

Provide first-level support for ERP users in Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and related functions. Help colleagues solve basic transaction issues (e.g. orders, receipts, production posting, inventory movements, adjustments). Escalate technical/system problems to IT or external ERP vendor and follow up until resolved.

Responsibilities

• Operations Data Check & Simple Audit: Perform routine checks to ensure ERP data is complete and accurate (PO vs GRN, production output vs plan/BOM, stock movements, adjustments); highlight missing, wrong or late postings to respective departments for correction.
• Support stock take / cycle counts and help reconcile physical vs system quantities.
• Cross-Department Coordination (Support Role): Work with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and Accounts to understand how their work flows through the ERP system.
