Responsibilities

  • Monitor fraudulent behaviors on driver side
  • Perform the sanction activities based on the fraud detected
  • Ensure the fraud events are prevented
  • Minimize the fraud loss and hence incur savings to the company
  • Propose strategies to prevent or minize fraud events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1–2-year relevant work experience in fraud operations
  • Has good background in strategy and process improvement role
