Key Responsibilities
Liaise and maintain a strong relationship with customers, agents and Airline

Provide assistance and support to team members.

Follow and collect receivables from customers.
We are looking for

  • Accountable for airfreight Import queries from CSS Group sales and propose the appropriate service.
  • Accountable for pricing and sustained service levels for all airfreight import DAP/DDP/DDU, export ex works as well as agent inquiries
  • Commercial Liaison with airlines / freight negotiations for imports both longer term and for spot inquiries from sales/partners. Expected maximum turnaround time 30 to 60 mins with at least 2 or 3 option to be considering inquiries by the sales staff.
  • Responsible for entire Airfreight Import operations and international shipments movement.
