Job Title: Ad Operations Executive
Job Summary: The Ad Operations professional is responsible for the setup, management, delivery, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role ensures accurate implementation, timely delivery, performance tracking, and smooth coordination between sales, clients, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Set up, traffic, and manage ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DSPs, SSPs, and ad networks.
Ensure correct ad creatives, sizes, targeting, and tracking are implemented.
Monitor campaigns daily to ensure smooth delivery and meet KPIs
Ad Trafficking & QA
Perform quality checks on creatives, click-through URLs, third-party trackers, and pixels. Troubleshoot issues such as under-delivery, over-delivery, discrepancies, and ad rendering problems.
Manage DCO, native, display, video, and rich media creatives
Optimization & Performance: Optimize
campaigns to improve CTR, fill rate, viewability, and revenue.
Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks like inventory constraints or targeting conflicts.
Work closely with sales and planning teams to maximize campaign performance
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and share daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports.
Analyze data from GAM and third-party trackers to identify insights.
Reconcile delivery and revenue numbers with finance teams
Client & Internal Coordination:
Act as the point of contact between sales, clients, creative, tech, and finance teams.
Handle campaign-related queries and provide timely updates.
Support sales with inventory availability (avails) and feasibility checks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations.
Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager.
Strong understanding of digital ad formats: Display, Native, Video, Mobile, DCO
Knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, VTR, CTR, CPM, CPC
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360), understanding of audience targeting, pixels, and third-party measurement tools
