Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring smooth business operations, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires overseeing stock ordering, coordinating store renovations, and resolving retail store issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Operations & Store Management

· Oversee daily operations across all retail stores, ensuring efficiency, adherence to SOPs, and positive customer experience.

· Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.

· Identify and resolve operational issues, including staffing concerns, customer service challenges, and store maintenance.

· Act as the primary point of contact for store managers and staff regarding operational matters.

2. Inventory & Supplier Management

· Manage stock levels across all retail stores, ensuring timely ordering, replenishment, and optimal stock distribution.

· Work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and vendors to streamline procurement and inventory control.

· Analyze sales trends to improve stock allocation and reduce overstocking or shortages.

· Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and wastage.

3. Store Renovation & Maintenance

· Oversee and coordinate store renovation and maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption.

· Address maintenance issues (e.g., lighting, fixtures, equipment) promptly to uphold store conditions.

4. Vendor & External Partner Management

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

5. Team Support & Communication

· Provide guidance and support to store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Communicate company updates, policies, and procedural changes across all retail locations.

· Collaborate with HR on staffing needs, performance management, and training initiatives.

6. Reporting & Analysis

· Track and analyze key operational metrics, including sales performance, inventory turnover, and overall operational efficiency.

· Generate reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
