Job Description
Responsibilities
· Coordinate WSQ course operations, including scheduling, trainer assignments, venue arrangements, and training materials.
· Manage learner administration such as registration, attendance, assessment records, certificates, and post-course follow-ups in line with SSG requirements.
· Maintain proper filing and retention of all WSQ documents (digital and hardcopy), ensuring compliance with WSQ/SSG standards.
· Support trainers, assessors, learners, and management by handling communication, logistics, and general administrative needs.
· Prepare and submit required documentation for audits, funding claims, billing, and data entry in SSG portals (e.g., TPGateway).
· Collect and analyse learner feedback and assist in updating procedures, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support training operations.
Requirements
· Diploma or equivalent qualification; experience in training administration or WSQ course management preferred.
· Familiarity with SSG/WSQ frameworks, and TPGateway are an advantage.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital filing systems.
· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks on time.
· Team-oriented with a proactive and service-minded attitude.
