About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage resident services and dormitory operations. This role involves overseeing resident welfare, facility management, safety, administrative tasks, and community engagement to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Management

• Welcome new residents and assist with check-in/out procedures.
• Address resident and client inquiries promptly.
• Organize and coordinate resident activities and events to promote a sense of community.

Facility Management

• Inspect maintenance and cleanliness of dormitory facilities, including common areas and individual rooms.
