Operations Executive (Cleaning & Facility / Maintenance)

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Executive (Cleaning & Facility / Maintenance) to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage manpower, and support service delivery across our client sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, supervision, and on-ground work .

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations for multiple cleaning project sites across Singapore.
• Plan manpower deployment, prepare weekly schedules, and coordinate relief cleaners when needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaners.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and resolve manpower issues promptly.
