Responsibilities and Duties:
● Manage and analyze operational data using Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,
Charts, etc.)
● Prepare and present accurate data-driven reports for management review
● Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth process execution
● Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless operations
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in forecasting activities
● Ensure data accuracy, quality standards, and policy compliance
● Handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
● Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly
● Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments
