Duties and Responsibilities:  



The role of Operation Executive to provide direction, instructions and guidance to Team Leader, teamwork and engagement for the purpose of achieving every key performance index requirements. An effective leader to understand his / her team on the strengths, weaknesses and motivations. Be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. 



Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities: 





+ Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. 



+ Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure tasks are completed on time. 



+ Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resolve operational issues promptly. 



+ Documentation & Reporting 



+ Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, schedules...
