Griffin Global Commerce is a fast-growing, modern smart-living media brand operating under Griffin Global Commerce Ltd. We’re building a high-output media engine that will evolve into a major product brand.

Overview

This isn’t a typical admin role. We’re looking for a “Commander of Chaos” — the right hand to the Founder — to run the operational heartbeat of the company. You’ll keep our content engine moving, ensure deadlines are hit, and manage product logistics so the Founder can focus on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Freelancer management: Coordinate tasks across writers, video editors, and SEO strategists; ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Content operations: Upload formatted articles to our CMS; schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
