About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end bookings for our short-haul international destinations. In this role, you will ensure smooth execution of holiday packages by coordinating with vendors, DMCs, and internal teams, while delivering seamless experiences for our travelers.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings for short-haul destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, etc.
- Handle end-to-end booking operations including hotels, flights, transfers, and activities via partner platforms/vendors.
- Coordinate with DMCs for quotations, negotiations, confirmations, and on-ground support.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, cancellations, and itinerary updates with accuracy and speed.
- Handle on-ground escalations during travel dates and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliability and service quality.
- Update CRM systems, maintain trackers, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
