Job Description:

• End-to-end freight forwarding operations, including customs processing for export and import
• Freight audit, payments, and forwarding documentation
• Hands-on experience in logistics, forwarding, and internal shipment coordination
• Order processing management
• Customer order plausibility analysis
• Planning, booking, and transportation orders
• Coordination and follow-up of shipments
• Customs processing for export and import
• Documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing
• Customer communication and reporting through mail, phone, and EDI
• Operational troubleshooting
• Non-conformance reporting as per KPIs
• Coordination with approved subcontractors as per agreed rates
• End-to-end order processing
• Timely and accurate order handling and documentation

Required Skill Sets:

• Experience in Freight Forwarding – Import and Export
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Hands-on experience in Transport Management Systems and ERP software

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operations
• MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics from a recognized institution
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office and transport management applications
