Operations Executive (Import & Export)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle our import and export operations . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient international trade processes, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting the smooth delivery of rubber belts and spare parts to customers across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export operations, including shipment coordination, booking, and document preparation.
• Prepare and verify all trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and internal company policies.
