Job Description

The Program Manager/Operations Executive with 6 month- 1 year of experience will own the end-to-end management of client accounts and assigned resources, overseeing the entire engagement lifecycle. This role is responsible for client communication, issue resolution, retention, and driving account growth through upsell opportunities.
