We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in the industrial sector at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in operations and production environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Team Leadership skills are crucial as you will be leading and coordinating with various teams (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in ERP Systems to manage and automate back-office functions effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in Production Planning to optimize resources and enhance efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in Process Optimization to improve operational processes and productivity.
• Ability to foster Continuous Improvement, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
• Proven experience in Inventory Control to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
