Operations Executive (Johor Bahru)

A well-known commodities trading firm is seeking two Operations Executives to support our growing operations. This role involves close coordination with vessel operators, suppliers, and customers as well as hands‑on involvement in shipping and trading activities. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

This opportunity requires an experienced individual to manage documentation and operational tasks in a dynamic trading environment. The Operations Executive will coordinate with banks, suppliers, carriers, and chartering teams to ensure seamless execution of shipping and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Letters of Credit (L/C) and shipping documentation
• Coordinate daily shipping operations and logistics activities
