Operations Executive

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure smooth store operations and operational excellence across our retail network.

About the Role:

The Operations Executive will support daily store operations, assist in inventory management, coordinate between stores and the head office, and ensure adherence to brand standards. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, process-driven, and passionate about retail operations in the fashion and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support day-to-day store operations for smooth functioning
• Assist in inventory management, stock transfers, and stock audits
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and SOPs
• Coordinate with store managers and teams for operational support and issue resolution
• Support planning and execution of store promotions, campaigns, and events
• Maintain reports on sales, stock, and operations for management review
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
• Assist in training and onboarding store staff on operational procedures

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Retail Management or relevant field preferred)
• Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills can also apply
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and retail software
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
