Key Responsibilities

1. Timesheet & Administration

  • Collate, validate and verification of timesheets, overtime claims, and variable components, weekly or monthly timesheets from contractors or clients/consultants
  • Follow up with contractors on missing/unapproved timesheets.
  • Record reimbursements, allowances, overtime, and other payroll?related transactions.
