The Role:
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings.
- Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
- Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions.
- Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise.
- Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
- Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
- Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with empathy and clarity
Ideal Profile:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
