The Role:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage inbound and outbound user calls to assist with platform navigation and session bookings.
  • Coordinate session availability with guides and send timely reminders
  • Follow up with users to support conversions and address questions.
  • Ensure timely attendance and assist if any session-related issues arise.
  • Maintain clear documentation using Google Sheets and internal trackers
  • Keep all logs and reports updated, and prepare daily records
  • Collect and organize post-session feedback from users
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi with empathy and clarity

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
