Experience – 1 to 2 years (Market Research Operations)

Location – Mumbai

Job Description:

  • Planning, Coordinating and Administering market research projects
  • Monitoring work progress of the projects and updating team lead on the same
  • Maintaining status update sheet every day of all the ongoing projects
  • Responsible for back checks of respondents and aligning them for interviews/survey/audits
  • Aligning mystery audits and responsible for briefing and taking the required documents, audio, images after the audit
  • Ensuring auditors filling up survey form after the audits
  • Good in listening to audios and updating the data sheet or doing the transcript
  • Must be able to conduct telephonic interview (No Sales Call)
  • Vendor management (Project briefing, Update, Negotiations, etc.)
  • Update client on status update on daily basis/depends on client requirements
