Job Description:
- Planning, Coordinating and Administering market research projects
- Monitoring work progress of the projects and updating team lead on the same
- Maintaining status update sheet every day of all the ongoing projects
- Responsible for back checks of respondents and aligning them for interviews/survey/audits
- Aligning mystery audits and responsible for briefing and taking the required documents, audio, images after the audit
- Ensuring auditors filling up survey form after the audits
- Good in listening to audios and updating the data sheet or doing the transcript
- Must be able to conduct telephonic interview (No Sales Call)
- Vendor management (Project briefing, Update, Negotiations, etc.)
- Update client on status update on daily basis/depends on client requirements
