Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Support the Operations Team in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business flow.

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure proper parking at designated locations.

•⁠  ⁠Manage handover and takeover of vehicles at various sites.

•⁠  ⁠Escort and send vehicles for inspections, servicing, repairs, or other appointments.

•⁠  ⁠Assist the Manager with administrative matters related to repairs, maintenance, and fleet operations.

•⁠  ⁠Wash and detail vehicles when required for customer delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Highlight operational issues early and support the team in resolving them.

•⁠  ⁠Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Class 3 or 3A driving license.

•⁠  ⁠Singaporean, Permant Resident and Malaysian only.

•⁠  ⁠Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and thoroughness.
