Responsibilities include

• Handling incoming calls and queries from schools regarding platform usage and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Communicating with clients via WhatsApp and email to address their concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Creating video and textual training guides to help schools optimize their use of our platform.
• Collaborating with the customer success team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
