We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Rohtak office The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to policy issuance endorsements claim assistance and coordination with insurance companies and clients Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end policy issuance process motor health fire etc Assist clients with claims documentation and coordination with insurance companies Handle endorsement processing and client servicing requirements Maintain MIS and daily operational reports Coordinate with sales team for proposal forms documents and compliance checks Follow up with insurers for pending tasks and policy updates Provide operational support to the back-office and ensure smooth functioning of service delivery Address customer queries and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Preferred B Com BBA or equivalent Minimum 1-3 years of experience in i...
