Job Description

Manage end to end operation, logistics and sales support functions

Handle import, export and drop shipments

Generate purchase order, invoice, delivery note, weekly/monthly reports

Perform rescheduling and buffer planning

Ensure customer deliveries are processed and arranged on-time

Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy

Verify invoices details from vendors prior to submission to Accounts team

Manage inventory and assist in stock planning

Liaise with multiple vendors; suppliers, forwarders, agents, clients and authorities

Liaise with overseas office to ensure customer requirements are met

Other ad-hoc duties, if any

Job Requirements: -

At least 1 year of experience in shipping/scheduling

Meticulous & Detail-oriented - Self-discipline

Ability to multi-task and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Diploma/Degree and equivalence
