Operations Executive

Job Description:

• Operations Planning: Develop and manage daily fleet deployment plans to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment
• Logistics Management: Oversee GPS tracking and fleet management systems to enhance fleet performance and manage on daily order fulfilment
• Administrative Tasks: Accurately maintain documentations, monitor fuel usage, and track driver parking and ERP claims
• Vehicle Maintenance: Manage vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules, respond and coordinate with vehicle leasing company on all vehicle issues including emergency accidents, replacement and breakdown
• Communication: Handling operation phone, liaise internally with colleagues and externally with clients to ensure effective problem-solving
• Order Management: Accept adhoc transport jobs from adhoc Clients and upload to system
