Job Description

  • Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations (passenger/commercial vehicles).

  • Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.

  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, providing good customer service.

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries.

  • Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet

  • Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet.

  • Any other jobs assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC/ NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Responsible, team-player and organized.
