Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operational duties, including engineer repair tickets scheduling, data entry from customer system

  • Assign and manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and workflow.

  • Communicate effectively with external parties, including customers, to address inquiries, resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.

  • Liaise with external parties, including customers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

  • Manage hardware components, including recording, preparing spare parts, and coordinating the receipt and delivery to the warehouse.

  • Maintain clean and organized documents – both paper and electronic files, keeping records up to date.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
