Operations Executive

Job Description

• Arrange and schedule daily jobs to operators/drivers
• Ensure daily order and Daily Records File are duly recorded and updated
• Generate relevant operational documentation i.e. LM.
• Follow up closely the job status with suppliers / drivers / customers even during non-working hours
• Monitor and manage vehicle GPS tracking system
• Handle client’s complaints/disputes in a professional and personalized manner
• Handle drivers’ complaints and assist them to settle the work-related issues
• To orientate new Operators (i.e. recording of time-sheets, work orders, repair contacts etc.)
• Assess driver performance and complete Performance Appraisal form
• Coordinate for prime mover and cranes maintenance, vehicle inspection and servicing
• Compute drivers’ commission
• Look for supplier cranes for support when our cranes are fully booked
