Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive who will manage the complete student journey from inquiry to visa approval.

You will be responsible for handling student applications, providing one-on-one counseling, managing documentation, coordinating with universities, and ensuring smooth visa processing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with students, managing processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Counsel students and guide them through Italy & Germany study pathways
• Convert student leads into enrolled applicants
• Manage complete university application workflows
• Review and prepare documentation (SOP, LOR, financials, etc.)
• Coordinate visa application and appointment processes
• Communicate with universities and students for updates
• Maintain proper records in CRM and internal systems
• Ensure timelines and accuracy in all applications

Fixed Salary: ₹3.2 Lakhs per annum
