Operations Executive

Benefit:

• Salary $2600-$3200 (Based on experience)
• 5 days
  8:30am-6pm (1 day off weekend & 1 day off weekday)
• Location: 7 bus stops from Woodlands mrt
• Fulltime role, bonus is given

Job Scope:

• Handle all customer and reseller enquiries, including pre-sales and after-sales matters.
• Support customers and resellers with installation-related questions and issues.
• Act as the main point of contact for follow-ups and emergency support.
• Coordinate and manage installer schedules, routes, and logistics.
• Collect customer feedback and Google reviews after installation.
• Ensure smooth customer and reseller operations throughout installation and after-sales service.

• Good communication and coordination skills
