CTC : INR 2,40,000 LPA

Work Timings : Monday to Friday,  10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle Zoho implementation and system operations across client projects. The role involves hands-on execution within Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory , managing system configurations, handling Zoho-related queries, and ensuring smooth execution of implementation and post-implementation activities. This role offers exposure to live client systems and real business workflows, making it ideal for someone looking to build depth in Zoho operations and consulting.

Roles & Responsibilities

●       Execute Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory implementations, including setup, configuration, and testing.

●       Manage day-to-day Zoho operations and system updates across client accounts.

●       Handle Zoho-related operational queries and coordinate with Zoho support teams when required.

●       Track implementation tasks, system issues, and updates to ensure timely resolution.

●       Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into Zoho configurations.

●       Maintain documentation, trackers, and status updates related to Zoho work.

●       Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across Zoho data and workflows.



Requirements


●       Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory .

●       Strong understanding of accounting and inventory processes.

●       Experience working on live Zoho implementations or operational environments.

●       Ability to manage tasks independently and meet timelines.

●       Clear communication and structured working style.

●       High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
