About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Expert Executive with strong banking experience into Fraud Investigation along with an International voice process experience. The ideal candidate will handle backend voice operations for UK Banking process, ensuring high quality customer interactions, adherence to compliance standards, and timely resolution of concerns.
