Operations & Facility Manager

Cockburn Ice Arena is seeking a Operations & Facility Manager to lead daily venue operations, facility maintenance, and frontline teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, leading people, and ensuring a world‑class experience for every customer.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations & Facility Manager is responsible for the effective day‑to‑day operation of the venue, including:

• The year‑round management and maintenance of facility infrastructure, plant, and equipment (excluding IT), including two ice surfaces
• Leading and supporting ice arena, maintenance, and cleaning teams
