Operations General Manager (GM)

Lead and oversee end-to-end PCB / PCBA / SMT manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient, and on-time production. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PCB / PCBA manufacturing operations including SMT, assembly, testing, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Improve productivity, yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
• Drive LEAN, Six Sigma, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Oversee equipment utilization, capacity planning, and process control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, AS 9100 and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits; liaise with certification bodies and authorities.
