Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a

related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar

leadership role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in operational planning and performance management

• Strategic thinking and analytical skills

• Experience in process optimization and change management
