Experience: 8-12+ years in interior fit-out or construction operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Head – Projects to lead and oversee end-to-end execution of turnkey interior fit-out and construction projects. The role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, vendor management, cost control, quality assurance, and team leadership to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Candidates with a NICMAR qualification will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete turnkey project operations—from planning, execution, monitoring, to final handover.

Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, cost parameters, and safety compliance.

Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operational workflow.

Monitor project budgets, BOQs, billing processes, and manage cost variance control.

Manage vendor procurement, negotiation, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Establish standardized site processes, reporting formats, and workflow controls for efficient operations.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; escalate risks to senior management when required.

Ensure all documentation, compliance norms, and safety protocols are strictly followed across sites.

Conduct regular progress reviews with project managers, site engineers, and internal stakeholders.

Act as the primary operations interface for key clients, consultants, and external partners to ensure clarity in project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in turnkey interior or construction project operations.

Expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and vendor coordination.

Excellent knowledge of materials, interior site execution, and quality control standards.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience & Qualification:

Experience: 8-12+ years in interior fit-out or construction operations.

Qualification: NICMAR / Civil Engineering / Project Management (NICMAR preferred).
