Responsibilities
• Design clear, compelling learning objectives that connect directly to business results.
• Develop vibrant instructional materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, microlearning bursts, and more.
• Build interactive, visually engaging e-learning modules that bring content to life.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes that spark ideas, guide development, and support rapid iteration.
• Analyze training effectiveness using data and learner feedback; turn insights into continuous improvements.
• Juggle multiple projects with ease, delivering high-quality work on time in a fast-moving environment.
• Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational voice and brand standards.
• Partner closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate content, and ensure training hits the mark.
• Maintain, refresh, and optimize learning materials within the LMS; support LMS administrative tasks as needed.

• Solid understanding of adult-learning principles and the ability to tailor methods for diverse learners and generations.
• Hands-on experience with modern e-learning authoring tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining learning modules and content.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
